final verdict for battery cover on new MBPs

has there been a consensus on the new mac book pro battery cover issue?

mine slides around a bit (after first opened it.) will apple replace the cover? is there a better fitting new version?

All the ones in the store slide around, so I think it's normal.

Just bend the tabs a little bit and it won't slide at all

Bought my MBP in November and the battery cover is rock solid.

I bought mine in October and it doesn't slide around whatsoever.

mine is tight, it can;t be moved side ways but whenever i placed the laptop on my desk or somg hard surfaces the laptop does macke some sound like it was somthing lose from the front of my mbp whic is the battery cover.
it's hard to be described but my old Macbook is more soliid.
is there any way to fix this ?

I got a replacement for that, and mine is now solid..

I could be wrong. I just heard that recently manufactured MBPs already solved this problem... (the first 2000 unibody macbook pros have this problem)

Can anyone confirm that?

I purchased mine in Oct, battery cover is completely solid, have removed it a few times and no problems.
