Dvd player 4.0 problem

Every now and then while I'm watching a DVD in full screen, the screen shrinks to normal size for no apparent reason. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know a fix? Thanks for the help.

Are any applications coming to the front? I know that's one cause, so if you're watching a DVD while another app is working on something and needs your attention, it will make the DVD play in a smaller window so you can see the app or its icon in the Dock. Or perhaps it's a Konfabulator widget if you use them.

No. No other applications come to the front. Don't know what a konfabulator widget is, but I like the sound of it.

And I'm stumped. Try reinstalling it with Pacifist.
