So I was about done with my touch(1st gen) and I pluged it into my ihome-it was on and on the homescreen, just like normal. So I went to sleep, woke up and then had the screen that you get from when you just get the ipod and how you have to plug it into itunes. But, it still recognized things like the ihome(made the sound that it was charging) screenshots, my alarms(thats what woke me up to see this) and the double tap home button to music.
So I went on my marry way and plugged it into itunes, everything was still there but in itunes it renamed my ipod to "iPod Touch"-everything is fine with it still to this day
Any idea what happened? Should I quit charging it in my ihome overnight? should I quit using my ihome?
