I have been getting unable to update at this time error when trying to update apps on my iphone. If you are having this problem go into your itunes account and check your cc info. It appears apple is now requiring the 3 digit security code on the back of your credit card. For some reason that field was blank on my account. Enter in the three digit code and you'll be able to update your apps again.
