Exactly... I need some Rules & Conditions and a Disclaimer before I give away my email address! Or else I'll start getting SPAM and won't have anyone to complain to, and it could lead to accepting Gates' email postage scam!

I make sure I put special Capitallzed words in my name if I have to sign up for something say your name is john smith.
