The screen has turned black after restart. Before the restart, Windows 7 setup said "Setup will continue after restart.".I tried to hold the power button to restart it the black screen but nothing happens. I don't know what to do.

At that point, it was going to reboot itself after sitting at the "Setup will continue after restart" after maybe 10-20s. You may have mucked up the install by manually cutting power.

Worst case, start over. Re-format the bootcamp partition and back to square one.
