While that's interesting, I fail to see the iPhone connection? The article just indicates cell phones...
either way, it's nothing new.

The guy says his wife bought the new iPhone and was texting all the time and that they even exchanged pictures.
The iPhone doesn't MMS, though.

It also says that the husband grabbed his wife's iPhone and threw it into the lake (they happen to live on a lake). She reportedly was more concerned about her iPhone and the contacts than she was with trying to heal their marriage.

They remembered what Steve taught them and used e-mail, except the photos were blurry... ;)
I feel really sorry for this guy. Apparently he didn't know her as well as he thought he did.

Because we all know that the only way to possibly exchange images, phone or no phone, is through MMS.

What's MMS? I'm not a tech girl at all! :) LOL I just ran across the article and wanted to share it with you all. I don't own any Apple products.

So you're saying that despite all the hype over the iPhone, it can't send pictures like regular phones can??

nope, it's one of the shortcoming of it (some may disagree),w hat you can do is send it as an email, which is pretty much the same thing (or so some peopel say)

Sweet. Here we go...
You see, young Leaira, the iPhone is for a much more sophisticated, mature, and refined cellphone enthusiast. We wouldn't want to associate ourselves with that type of crowd, thus we useth the email. ;)

Odds are she has been doing many things for a long time before the
iphone. It just makes everything more convenient.

Actually I haven't done anything else but talk on my cell phone. I hardly ever text -- too expensive (and cumbersome), and I think it's just a waste of time. I'm 21 years old, and have had a cell phone since I was 16. I've always been completely satisfied with the basic phone you get when you sign up for a cell contract. :)

Dammit. Now that the phone is swimming with fishes, cancel her contract and make her pay the ETF!

If something like this happens to me after I get married. I would love to prove obama wrong about clinging to guns coz of the government. I would just shoot her in a fit of rage and rather spend my life in prison than this.
Well not really. I would just tell her to f off and never show her face to me ever again.

From the looks of it, he's planning to stay with her.
