anyone know how to record web chats on mac?

hi, i was wondering how i can record the video chat with my frens on yahoo chat? been doing some searching...but couldnt find anything...

You could use Audio Hijack (or Audio Hijack Pro) to record the audio from it... not sure about how to record the video, though.
