iPod touch Music skips

Hi all

I just got my itouch last week and absolutely love it!!

The only thing is when I am listening to music through my head phone (out side drinking beer) it will pause or miss a second which isnt much but enough,

If it is plugged into the home stereo with power it wont do it.

I havent tried doing a roll back with the updates as there was a update when i first connected it to the pc.

All my music is ripped off CD at lossless with no data correction

Any feed back would be good

that would be bloody right, I have just re-done all 200 odd cd to lossless!!

So what you are say is i should have kept it at mp3 at 320kbps as far as listening to them through the touch

If i convert them to the above setting through itunes that would fix the problem
or re-rip them from the cd
