Upgrade a 1.6 G5... [Archive]

Does anyone know how much you can max (or macs) out on a G5 1.6? And if there will ever be a way to add another processor. Maybe the motherboard would have the be replaced too... Hope not.

probably too soon to tell, until the G5's get faster then they currently are no one will make any upgrades for them
same goes with using 2GB chips until they make them can't see if the powermac can use them (making max ram 8GB on 1.6 and 16GB on 1.8 2.0Ghz)
