FCE Book Suggestions

I've just placed a order for FCE, and now i ask the pool of knowledge...

Can anyone point me to a good book to learn FCE from? Or is it worth paying out for a course?

I did some research on a beginner's book for FCE 1 and after looking around a decent amount came to the conclusion that the "For Dummies" book was the best one out there... I skimmed it over in a night and was pretty content with what I could do with FCE. So you might try that...
