A big problem

i have an i pod nano the new one that just came out and its stuck, i think i pulled it out when it was syncing and now it won't respond. i tried the directions idea of when it doesn't repond and it didn't work, you r my last hope!!!! its stuck on the screen that says syncing with the two arrows and it says its on hold and obvisouly not responding please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This should be in the iPod section of this Forum. This has absolutely nothing to do with the iPhone. It seems like you have already followed the advice that The General has given. Bring it into wherever you bought it. If you have an Apple Store or Best Buy nearby, then bring it there.

This is a textbook example as of why you don't disconnect your iPod when it say DO NOT DISCONNECT with a big red circle with a slash through it.
