iTunes Settings Problems

Just got an iPhone and when I try to transfer all my music and videos for some reason iTunes won't remember the settings I do for the iPhone. So I get done and noticed it put videos on it that I had not checked. I go back into iTunes to fix it and then after they sync other boxes somehow were unchecked so I have to keep going back in and doing it all over again.

There is no problems when I sync my iPod Touch, so what is up with the my iPhone sync?

I think I figured it out. I was forgetting to apply the changes in iTunes after making all my changes. Now when I open up iTunes all my options are correct.

But one thing, we have 4 other deviced authorized on one of our computers but can't remember which devices they are. Is there a way so find out in iTunes?
