Question about on screen keyboard

I hope I an asking this question in the right room - if not, forgive me... any input is totally appreciated. It is my understand that Garageband offers a user to play a midi keyboard and have the keys being played to show up on an a keyboard on the screen - used for instructional purposes, usually... does anyone know where this same feature can be located for PC?

I have searched and searched and have come up with only Band in a Box, but the keyboard is not the same...

I would really appreciate any direction you can provide...
