I've been Googling around trying to figure this issue out. I have about 30 apps on my iphone (1st Gen 2.2software). Although when I look at the apps to sync under my iphone device tab it just shows 2 of the 30 apps I have on my computer IE Itunes. These 2 applications are saved in itunes, show up in the app tab, and I can locate their .ipa file in the itunes folder
Now back when apps were first available to be installed, when I synced my iphone it would back the apps on my computer. It stopped doing this quite awhile back.
things that i have tried
File>>transfer purchases from <*****> This did not work
What happens is it says " Transferring purchases from "*****"
Copy " whatever app"
the bar under this never moves and it skips to the next app
When I get done with this the same 2 applications are listed and the other 28 were never transferred to itunes on my computer.
Reinstalling itunes did not work either.
I want to know why this is not working as it should? Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? I know there have been other threads like this but none of them have solved my problem.
