Hi all,

I have an iPod Touch and a huge library of unrated music. I want to use my iPod touch to rate my songs, and the next time I connect my iPod to my mac, i want these ratings to apply to the same songs in my library. Is there a way of doing this?

I was doing this for a while and it was working fine. Now, I just updated iTunes to the latest version and the ratings from my iPod Touch ceased to be applied in my library. Wanted to know if there are any specific settings which I need to enable for it to do this.

By the way - I have selected "manually manage music and videos". But this was selected when the procedure was working before anyway.

Anybody have any idea how to get it working?

Thanks in advance.

I have to say, I have no idea how you had it working before with "manually manage music" set to on. As far as I know, the only way to have ratings transfer back from iPod to computer is to sync the music, that is, have "manually manage music" unchecked.
