http://iphondevcampfl.org is up and accepting registrations!!!
We are thrilled to announce that MOSI will sponsor and host the Inaugural iPhoneDevCamp - Florida 2009.
iPhoneDevCamp was formed just a week after the launch of the original iPhone device and now meets annually to promote the work of developers and designers for iPhone and iPod touch. This year iPhoneDevCamp 3 will be hosted at Yahoo!‘s Sunnyvale, CA campus.
iPhoneDevCamp - Florida will run simultaneously with iPhoneDevCamp 3 as one of 19 simultaneous Satellite events to connect developers around the world.
MOSI, Tampa, FL July 31 - August 2, 2009 Cover Charge: $99
All fees go toward the production of the event. iPhoneDevCamp - Florida is a not-for-profit organization, and MOSI is contributing the space, and event support throughout the weekend. We’ve been working behind the scenes with MOSI for weeks, to make sure there is enough space, power, and networking for approximately 200 participants.
July 31, 1009 (Friday) - 6PM - 10PM
August 1, 2009 (Saturday) - 9AM - 9PM
August 2, 2009 (Sunday) - 9AM - 6PM
We’re actively looking for other sponsors to help make the Inaugural iPhoneDevCamp - Florida a huge success.
We offer sponsor tier levels, as well as, a variety of other sponsorship opportunities. As a BarCamp-style event, 100% of sponsor dollars go to the event production. This is a not-for-profit event (the organizers and volunteers do not get paid).

Sounds like a great time. Wish there was something similar and affordable in the twin cities area.
