I am getting temps this high, and even higher, with my fans set at 4000-6000 RPM. I am doing web browsing only (I am afraid to do any more right now) , and the fans aren't being blocked. I have never had any of my Macs run this high before. Should I take it into Apple?

Hell yeah, bring it back to apple. I never have that prob. I use the hell out of my Alu MB 2.4, and never need to have the fans spin up/ temp up that much.

I use it about 5-6 hours per day since the day I got it (launch). I took it off the table, set the fans to max, and let it cool off, and the absolute lowest I can get to is 60C. Something is messed up.
I've never needed to take a computer into Apple, so I have a few questions.
Do I need to bring the receipt?
Do I need to put the stock hard drive back in?
Do I need to put the stock ram back in?

It definitely sounds like you should take it in to the Genius Bar.
I would recommend putting the stock RAM back in.

I don't think you need to do any of those three things, actually. As for the temps, sounds like bad thermal paste on the CPU's heatsink

If it is the thermal paste, would they have to ship it out, or would they give me a replacement? I doubt that they are going to apply new thermal paste in the store.
Edit: Thanks for the help.
Edit #2: I'm now staying at a steady 75-80 on table top, fans at default, running only Safari with one tab open. Hooray for my closest Apple store being an hour away :(
