I hope I can make sense of this.... I'll give it a try. I have Mail on my eMac and what I would like to find out is how do I get rid of the addresses that automatically appear on my Mail drop down.
For example: I want to send an email to someone named Amy - I type in an "A" for a fast recall and I get a bunch of other names also. People who I have emailed at one time or another and I want to delete the names off.
Hope that makes sense.

Assuming you are using Panther, go to the Window menu and select Previous Recipients. Delete the addresses there.

I found it -- and got it taken care of. It was in the window menu under address history. :)
