FairPlay 3 Computers?

I had my iTMS music authorized to play on my laptop, and after backing up everything, I wiped the HD and did a fresh install of everything. I forgot to de-authorize the computer first, and when I started up iTunes again it asked me to authorize my music again. Have I just burned off one of my 3 computer authorizations into digital purgatory?? :(

I would say that the only way to find out would be to find two other computers and test it out...

I found that by looking at my account in the iTMS, it shows that my music is in fact authorized on 2 separate computers. Now what do I do? Is there any way to get my authorization chip back?
