I exported video from a DVD using Cinematize. The resulting Quicktime clips look great in Quicktime, but when I import them into iMovie '08 (7.1.4) I lose the quality. The text is almost unreadable and images are very blurry. I've tried everything I can think of in my preferences and output/import options and nothing works. Any ideas?

... Any ideas?
iMovie is an editor not a viewer. Full-quality display of digital video may be quite computationally intensive. So too is editing the video. iMovie's display dedicates only enough computer cycles allow the user to visually edit the video. The remaining computer cycles are dedicated to editor. Use the QuickTime Player or another view for full-quality display of the finished production.
