View Full Version : How to set static IP address of Mac

hi,
I am using mac os. i have to maintain mysql database based on IP addresses of Mac system's. But my system using DHCP to renew the IP address of the system. I have gone through the manual option to set IP.
But i am facing trouble ie; i am getting message like restart firewall when
i enter into the safari. i couldn't done any thing at that time. is there any process?

I was having problems using a DHCP. If you go to your router's device page, go under LAN IP SETUP and reserve your IP address for your computer. It might help. good luck man
