Sync'd and lost a lot of apps. Not sure what they were?

Is there anyway I can find a list of all the apps I've downloaded? I got some sync issue today and I accidentally hit the wrong option (don't remember what they were) and it deleted a bunch of apps from my iPhone. So now I want a list of all the apps I've downloaded (perhaps the receipts?) so I can make sure I didn't lose anything that I wanted. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Call Apple? Login somewhere?

I had that happen to me today. When I clicked the applications tab for my ipod some of them were unchecked (and I know I didn't do it). I got them back but I lost everything that was saved on them.
