App store resumit problem- Contactadd?

I got this email from Apple? But what do they mean they cannot accept my app because of contact add? do they mean the buttons or the + sign to add notes??

Your application,, cannot be submitted to the App Store because it uses a standard ContactAdd button for an action other than that for which it was intended. Applications must adhere to the iPhone Human Interface Guidelines as outlined in iPhone SDK Agreement section 3.3.5.

The ContactAdd button is to be used to display a people picker to add a contact to the application. Implementing standard buttons to perform other tasks will lead to user confusion. We recommend using another button to add an annotation.

They mean that blue circle button with the plus sign is supposed to be used only for adding contacts, so you'll have to choose another button for whatever that function is.

If I were you, I would improve the overall layout of your app! Your interface is very cluttered and does not adhere to the Apple HIG.

For example: Why not showing a table where the user can tap on the answers directly?
