Can anyone advise me with the audio/video import of this product.
Ive used it before I had to reload it on my new laptop.
My problem: I can import a video but the audio doesnt arrive not in preview or the timeline,yet if I import just an audio file its fine...but obviously I need the audio with my video?
Any advise would be appreciated! ;)
