iPod How to redownload the songs I bought before?

I bought a few albums and songs with my itunes account last year, but got a new computer since then. How do i redownload them on my new mac? 😱

Apples policy is that you can only download them once. They also stress that you must back them up because if this. Contact them and they may allow you to download again, just maybe.
