New G5s Listed!

I really don't think that this is real, but let's say it is for the moment.
I did a Google search for "CTO POWERMAC G5 2.2" and turned up everything that is here:

There are two sites that have the "new" G5s listed, ExperCom and CostCentral, each site lists this computer at around 4500 USD. Each site lists the computer as unavailable. Though I am unsure of what "CTO" means, removing it from the search didn't really do anything to garner more results. I think that Apple would be asking for it to ask 4500 USD for a 200mhz speed bump. That's 1500 USD for a 10% speed bump, which will result in very little visible speed enhancement. I think that this has to be some sort of mistake, because Apple would simply be stupid to make such a poor Rev. B G5.

My thought is... does any Apple computer currently cost 4500 USD? Maybe with more options added to it. (mind you they are close to that in CDN$$$. Why would they even list one at 4500 USD?
