Seidio Case problem

hey, i got my blue seidio case for my iphone 2g today, and i have 2 problems:

1) There seems to be smudges on the back, and hard to get off

2) It doesn't clip in fully, it has like a 1mm gap? is that ment to be like that

hmmm both my Seidio cases fit perfectly.. no gaps nothing... and the smudges/scratches wipe right off... contact Seidio and see what they havet os ay
