how to publish my iphone application on app store

i want to publish my application on app store but i don't know how to doing it.
i registered standard developer (99$). and i have not a link in my apple developer center that go to program portal.
please help me

From the iPhone Dev Center, visit the Program Portal, then go to App Store Sales and Trend Reporting, and finally Manage Your Applications. Or better yet, simply login to http://itunesconnect.apple.com (https://itunesconnect.apple.com).

If you applied for the $99 developer program, wait for an email (or two) back from Apple, which will be sent to the email address you used to register under. Follow all the instructions in that email. After logging into the portal, download and read all the applicable documentation, which explains the many steps required to submit an application to be reviewed for publication by Apple. Follow all these documented steps exactly.
