Is there any cable or reader for data transfering from any memory stick to iphone?

I already tried to find the data cable and memory reader, but I could not find it!

I need to data transfer cable or memory reader from any type of memory card to iphone.

iphone should be host and memory be client.

If the way to transfer data exist, please tell me.:D

Their are apps out there that let's your iPhone act like a Wifi drive, other than that none. Apple doesn't like memory cards :p

There's quite a lot actually. You could try searching the app store, but I've been using Air Sharing since they released it.
