I've had my refurb for about 3 months. When I first got it the hard drive crashed so I sent it in and waited 2 weeks for it to get fixed.
Recently, it just shuts off, probably twice an hour. I wait, and reboot and then it works fine. Anybody have any suggestions?
Also, I switched to a Mac in hopes that I would have less problems then with last computer but it is the opposite. Is there a way I can return my Macbook, a lemon policy or something like that?

I've searched but I can't find anything. Any idea why it shuts off all of the time?

Best thing would be to make an appointment with the genuis bar, hoping you'll be located near an Apple store :)
