Apple.com no images?

Whats going on with Apple.com? I cant see any images. I thought it was a Firefox + Adblock problem, but it wasnt. It displays the same way in Safari. Whats going on?

None of the product image galleries display either.

But what the heck could it be? Its a weird problem, I dont even know how to trouble shoot it. Like I said, I thought it was an adblock issue, but even with it disabled I still dont get anything, and Safari fails to display it properly too!

You sure the problem is only on the Apple website, how's your internet connection. Check a few other sites out? :confused:

No it is messed up.

I tried store.apple.com and got your results, no images.

Can't even get Apple.com up.

TwinCities Dan, try moving around the site to ensure the homepage wasn't just stored in cache.

Glad its not just me. But the strange thing is I had this exact same problem a few nights ago. I figured they were just having issues. Now a few days later I have the same issue :\ Its not down, I just cant see any images. The Store works fine for me though. Just not the main page, or any of the product page image galleries.

Now it is loading images for me.

Maybe they were just doing some brief uptime maintenance.

Still having funny image issues on store.apple.com.

Still not loading images for me, Im on my laptop now with Windows 7. So it cant even be a browser/cache/cookie issue for me...so weird!

It just got even more bizarre...

On Windows 7
Firefox3=Blank homepage, no images

But it works fine in IE8 and Safari!

On my iMac neither Firefox3 nor Safari display Apple.com properly...

I thought so...until it worked fine in IE8 and Safari on my Windows machine. Firefox 3 on Windows still didnt work. And here on my iMac doesnt work with Firefox or Safari! This is just baffling me!

Im running Safari 3 on both my Windows laptop and iMac. Firefox is my main browser though, it doesnt work in Firefox at all (Mac or PC).

I tried with opera and safari, no problem with either. I'm using leopard.

Works in Safari for me, but when I use firefox I don't get the front page images.... Weird.

I'm having the same problem. No images show up on my Mac with Safari 3.2.1 on 4 networks that I tried it on. Nor does it show in Firefox. However, I tried the PCs at work and they work fine. I tried the other Macs at work and the are fine too!

My iPod Touch doesn't show the images either.

I'm really confused as to what is going on.

Do you happen to live in NYC or use Verizon DSL, because this happens to me as well with only apple.com at the same time almost every day.
