Answers to the best of my knowledge

1) It depends on how bad the noise is. If you push a bit they might cave in. but since non of us know where your brining it its hard to say.

2) You probably can't demand anything, you can however suggest things, but ultimately it's up to the repair shop and apple.

3) all you need is time machine once to create an image of your computer, you can restore from that image.

4) Your pirated software doesn't matter, but you should buy software that you actually use!

I'm glad you posted your life story with your question. However, after getting past the chapter on third grade I grew tired and stopped reading and never got to your question. Good luck anyway.
