Router Configuration on Time Capsule

I am running a Buffalo Linkstation on my network. It works as a network server through a utility on the manufacturer's website. I cannot figure how to confugure the fierwall in my Time Capsule (I think it is the same as Air Port) to allow external internet connections to come in over Port 9000. Or as the manual for the Linkstation says " forward port 9000 within your
router's configuration page". Any ideas would be appreciated.
 
You could connect the TC in Bridge Mode and continue allowing the Buffalo device to do your routing.

If you want to use the TC as primary, you're looking for port mapping (I can't get more precise instructions right now.)

The Time Capsule is primary. The LinkStation is a storage device with external access capability. Question is how to to map port on TC.
