No more bitchin for me about Apple Support:
last week:
• Wednesday - Told Apple about my TiBook power supply problem (power surge)
• Thursday - Box arrives to pick the machine up
• Friday - I send the machine to Apple Germany
This Week:
• Wednesday - Machine arrived back at work (I forgot and only picked it up today :))
I am pretty happy with them, I expect they got the machine delivered on Monday or during the weekend, fixed in on Tuesday/Monday and sent it back straight away working perfectly.
