Not bad for a beginner. But where they all APPLE loops? or did you record something yourself? I`m not trying to be an asshole, but you should consider this: Even with JamPack installed, you still only have 3000 loops. you can alter them and they are royallty free and all that. But they are still just other peoples samples so you`re really just cutting and pasting. Just as someone using EJay or MAGIX. Its fun, you can play it to your friends and have a blast, but you CAN NOT get a record label to publish it and promote you as an artist. Anybody else with the same software, can actually use the same loops and create a very similar tune. So if you are just doing it for fun, than great. I salute you. Far better to make you own iMovie score than to download one from the net. But if you want to take your music to the next step, try recording an instrument. Only you wil get the distinctness of YOUR playing style, and YOUR ideas.

It`s good to hear newcommers experiment with music and i wish you the best of luck.

If you want a bigger audience, post it on iCompositions (http://www.icompositions.com). Since GB has been released, iC has had 125,000 listens to user uploaded compositions.

I think my buddy hooked a guitar to it and did some himself. :)

Beginner? Im a garageband newbie, but not music newbie... I've played drums since I was 7 or so.... :)

doing drums via a software program was weird to me...
