Is it safe to buy appleshare support plans from ebay. Ineed to purchase one for my air and have 9 days to do so. It is cheaper but is it Safe?

Considering there are sellers dedicated to selling AppleCare on eBay and I've bought from them before, I'm going to say yes.

Obviously check the individual feedback of the person you buy from, but in general, yup - and it's a good way to save money. I have done it.

I've done it as well. As others have said, look at their feedback from previous sales. I picked up Applecare for my Mac Pro and saved almost 40% over what Apple wanted for it.

Had success just this last weekend with it. They just email the codes. I think I bought 2 notebook codes at $134 each.

I purchased it last week and set it up and it was as good as advertised. Saved myself over 100 bones. I couldn't risk something happening to my air after the price I initially paid for it.

Picked up Applecare for my MBP on Saturday and saved over $150.
