iPod i need a .txt of all the songs i have in a playlist, how to?

ok i have a playlist for which all i want to do is like "copy and paste" the songs i have there, to a .txt file to send to a friend... is there a way to copy in a format like this:

song name - artist - album

and put them in a .txt file or word...
