Adobe Bridge CS4 duplicating files?

my Adobe Bridge CS4 is duplicating my files, but only in the program. in the actual folder in finder there are no duplicates but for some reason Bridge is showing multiple files

could this be related to why the copy/paste/copy merged options are also unavailable in photoshop?

i still have no figured out why copy/paste/copy merged do not work on my photoshop..

i am also still having the duplicate files problem..

I'm having the same issue.
But with CS4 and CS5!

It's not at my computer, it is from a client one, and i figured out that she was trying to access some files from an Windows NT filesystem. I guess that's the big problem, but it's a new problem to me!

Anyone?
