should i trade a 2.4ghz core2duo black mb for a core duo 2.16 ghz mbp?

please help me out with this dilemna! list prs and cons, oh and my black macbook is penryn, im not sure if i should trade cus the mbp only has a core duo

I assume yours is the macbook?
I would keep the macbook... a lot better cpu.

Advantages:

- Larger, better display(viewing angle, clarity)
- MUCH better graphics
- Sturdier case, all aluminum
- Looks much better IMO
- Backit keyboard(+ no chicklet style keys)

Disadvantages:

- Slower processor
- 3.3GB max RAM (I believe...)

You should also know that you probably won't be able to run the next Version of Mac OS X: Snow Leopard on a Core Duo MacBook, since it requires 64 Bit.
