So, today I woke up. Got ready for class while playing music on my iPhone. Grabbed my laptop and phone. Uh-oh!, I soon realized that my backlight isn't working and it says it needs to be plugged into iTunes. I tried to do a hard reset on the phone and still, no go. I didn't have time to deal so, I left.
Got home, messed with the settings on the backlight. Still, not working
I'm in the middle of a phone reset on itunes and it looks like it's still not going to work
I have taken good care of this and I don't know what's wrong.
Will Apple fix it for me?
