My dilemma basically lies in the resolution. The 23" is a bit bigger, but I'm afraid the text will be incredibly small. Plus, due to the odd resolution, it's a bit of a drawback in some cases (black spots in 1080p movies basically reduce it to a 22" HD, desktop wallpapers, etc.) but it is nice. Apparently you can put up two documents against eachother with this resolution. I'm undecided between inches and res. :(

What would you go with? Price isn't too much of a deal.

Oh, and with the lack of USB ports (I'm hooking it up to my Alu 2.4 MB) I can just use my MB's if I choose that monitor, right? And my Alu MB can output the 2k+ res, right?

Thanks!! What would YOU choose?

The 23" Samsung represents much better value, but be careful what you intend to use it for because in my experience not all Samsung monitors seem to want to work with my Macbook Pro.

You should make a poll :)

I would personally go with the Samsung. The specs on paper are better, and I personally have really good experience with Samsung monitors.
