ok I'm on 8.0.0.35 if I update to new current version will it affect my cracked apps? And will all my music and video & playlist be unchanged in iTunes?

I wouldn't update to 8.0.2 if I were you.
I heard things... you know... like all the cracked apps disappearing, all your music being re-encoded at 96kbps in reverse, Safari opening up loads of porn sites in popups, Mail client opening on its own and sending a list of all your address book contacts to Apple. Then the screen starts flickering and smoke comes out of the speakers. Then the sound of black helicopters...

Google it, these stories are all over the intarwebz.

Terrifying... I know. But then again, I'm not you... I actually pay for my software.

:p

75% of them are $0.99. Do you expect us to help you steal things?

I wouldn't mind having another iPhone just in case my current one dies. I probably shouldn't spend the money on buying another one so I'm going to come over to your house and steal yours. You won't mind right? I mean if I had the cash lying around doing nothing I would be more than happy to buy another phone, but there are more important things to buy first.

If you're going to steal, just steal. Don't try to give pathetic excuses as to why you're miraculously "allowed" to steal. (By the way, you have an iPhone. A not particularly cheap bit of hardware in terms of initial cost and monthly plan. The whole "I'm so poor I can't spend $0.99 on an app really doesn't wash.)
