Hi guys,
I have a Core Duo macbook which came with iLife 06. My bro has a newer Core 2 Duo macbook with tiger, but shipped with iLife 08. Does anyone know if I can install iLife 08 onto my macbook using his install disc?

Nope.

At any rate, that's against the EULA. Just buy iLife '08/'09.
