Hi guys,

I'm in process to make a web TV, I bought yesterday a fire wire 800-400 for the other camera that I want to use. Now, I'm plugging 2 cameras using the 400 firewire and the 800 fire wire inputs that on the iMac. After that, I use Cam Twist to choose between the cameras, but the thing is I could not choose any camera and it's just black, nothing there. Even I went to quicktime and choose my video source to make sure is going to work, but nothing happen, I could use the Isight camera and one of the others video camera but not two of them.
My question is: can I use 2 video cameras to stream web Tv from my imac? is there any third party that I can use to help me choose between my video sources?

Thank you in advance and sorry for the long post.

Third party solutions:

http://www.telestream.net/wire-cast/overview.htm

http://www.boinx.com/boinxtv/overview/

Or you can use a traditional AV switcher and route the output to a DV device then into your Mac.

Thanks for the tips DH.
Is there any third party has a cheaper price than the telestream and boinx?

Thank you.
