iPhone Contacts show numbers only no names

Hi,

I have synced my iPhone with Outlook, and it was all successful, however when I receive any call it shows the Number of the caller only, how can I set it to show the contact name (am sure I do not have duplicate names for the same number)

Any Advice ....! :apple:

the number has to be saved in the same format as dispalyed when somebody calls you like with country and area code in germany it would be
+49 (countycode) 40 (city) 454534594395 (Number)

Thanks mate, it is true and silly at the same time.

I have to save it in the format << +49 (country code) 40 (city) 454534594395 (Number) >> however this is silly as it cannot identify that the 0049 = (+49) , which means we have to re-edit all the contacts we have to be in that format.

That is not gonna be an easy job, HUMMMMM !! :eek:
