Hi, my friend gave me his old KD AVX1, which is a JVC dvd player that has video input. Of course, I have an iPhone 3G.

I did some search and discovered the following product:

http://www.yopool.com/usb-sync-dock-charger-cradle-with-video-output-for-apple-iphone-3g-p-18.html?currency=USD&language=en

I assume this dock will enable my iphone 3G to play movies and music on my JVC DVD car player. I don't have any experiences on this kind of thing. I guess plug the RCA cable in the "Line Out" dock and JVC "video in"?

The JVC player connects to my car stereo speakers. So, when I call someone, the sound will go through the Line out -> JVC -> car speakers?

Thank you for reading and answering.

I found another alternative:

it has video out.. but I fear only audio will work.
