hi all

going to purchase an emac in about 2 or 3 weeks (currently on winxp ugh)

anyway

could someone explain airport extreme in simple terms?

by the end of the year i also hope to have an ibook or powerbook (depending on how they're priced later in the year and such)

so should i get an airport extreme card in the emac?
and do i need a base station too?

and am i right in assuming if i want the apple wireless keyboard/mouse i need to add bluetooth to the emac as well?

do i sound like an idiot? :(

thanks!

airport extreme is for wireless connection to the internet, you can add the card later if you don't buy the emac with it
bluetooth can't be added internally to the emac you need to get a usb bluetooth ($50)
