Okay, I'm tired of seeing websites in Arial, and I never use Arial anyway ... How do I replace Arial with Helvetica? So far I've completely deleted Arial from both /Library/Fonts and ~/Library/Fonts, but it still shows up in Safari and it still is an option in programs like Text Edit.

All I want is for Engadget.com to render in Safari as Helvetica. I just loathe Arial.

I figured I could just replace the Arial font files with Helvetica ones and change the name to Arial, but there were 4 Arial .ttf's and like 73 Helvetica .ttf's.

Please spoon feed me!

Safari-->Preferences-->Appearance-->Standard Font-change that to Helvetica or whatever font you want.
