I am having a problem converting movies over to iphone format and then placing them onto my iphone.

Everytime i convert a movie, it still has subtitles.

Can someone give me tips or help on the best way to do this?

Thanks.

If you are converting your movie straight off a dvd try using Handbrake. It is a very powerful program and gives you access to about everything. Subtitles, chapter markers, and how you want to convert it. Go to macupdate[dot]com and search for Handbrake

Letting us know what software you are using would be helpful...

I'm sure there is just a setting for the subtitles buried somewhere that you are missing. Maybe look out for different terminology, i.e. subpicture or captions?

You can give kvip (http://www.alvink83.com/tutorials/106_How%20to%20convert%20.avi%20file%20to%20iPod%20video%20format.html) a try... It's take less than 1 hour to finish converting..

Cheers~~

Its not the program that determines the speed of the converting its the computer
